Office Manager / Office Admin / Reception | Finance Services

Job Summary:

Oversee and manage daily office operations, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office functioning. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and support various departments within the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and manage staff calendars and appointments.
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
• Oversee the maintenance of office IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or reception, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
