Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Professional Services

Job description


  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day office operations, including facilities and reception
  • Supervise a team of administrative staff, including Executive Assistants, Receptionists and Pantry Assistants
  • Support 1-2 executives on secretarial matters including calendar, expenses and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors


  • 7 years in office management and secretarial support in multinational work setting, preferably professional services sectors.
  • Solid experience in supervising administrative team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Native in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred.
  • Outgoing, proactive, collaborative and able to lift the office up and make external stakeholders feel welcomed.
