Job Description
Our client is global investment management firm. They are currently looking for a Office Administrator to join the dynamic Real Estate Management team.

As a Office Administrator, you are responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Perform office administrative duties such as general administrative support, maintenance works for office facilities, internal & external communication
  • Take charge of projects, including but not limited to implementation of security systems, new facility management services, new vendors, new processes
  • Ensure that the team liaises closely with the regional operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Proactively engage and involve in regional initiatives with contribution to continuous improvement

To qualify, individual must possess:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management or relative disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant working experience, in MNCs preferably
  • Solid experience in renovation and facility repair & maintenance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office application
