Office Administration - Assistant Manager / Senior Officer

  • Leading Consulting Firm
  • Min.7 years of office admin experience
  • Experience with a professional services firm is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the appointments, daily/monthly schedules, emails, telephone calls and meetings arrangements
  • Prepare business travel itineraries, and process expense and time reports.
  • Monitor and administer the office administration such as facility maintenance and repair management etc.;
  • Plan, review and implementation of administration policies, procedures and operating manuals
  • Provide support for internal and external events
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree in business administration or relative discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in administrative assistance experience required; experience with a professional services firm strongly preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
  • Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proactive, independent, well organized and detail- minded
