Office Admin (O/SO/AM) - Chinese Conglomerate

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle well-round office administration duties including office supply procurement and facility management.
  • Maintain and update documentation systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Review contracts, quotations and invoices.
  • Assist with roster arrangement of company drivers and tea ladies.
  • Support office projects like internal renovation & relocation.
  • Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and event organization.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer/Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in office administration; ideally from sizable Chinese firms.
  • Bachelor's in relevant disciplines.
  • Outstanding organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good command in Chinese and English, ideally fluent Mandarin.
