Network Engineer (LAN, WAN, and WLAN)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Information Services team in HK. This role is ideal for someone passionate about network infrastructure and customer service excellence. You'll provide Tier 3 LAN, WAN, and WLAN support during Asia Pacific hours, ensuring high performance and reliability across our global offices and data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure globally
• Configure LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and wireless surveys
• Support remote access (Palo Alto Prisma/Global Protect)
• Assist with office build-outs and upgrades
• Collaborate with vendors and document procedures clearly
• Participate in change control and management processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, SD-WAN
• Experience with PRISMA Access and enterprise WiFi
• Familiarity with network monitoring platforms and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)
• Ability to analyze packet captures and understand firewall concepts
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Aruba wireless infrastructure, and network automation tools
• Certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba)
• Fluency in Chinese and English
