Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provision and configure new Microsoft 365 tenants (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
  • Set up core tenant settings including domains, licensing, roles, branding, and DNS validation.
  • Implement identity and access management (MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR, RBAC, Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync).
  • Configure security and compliance controls (Defender for O365, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, Secure Score improvements).
  • Configure Exchange Online mail flow, Teams policies, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, and Intune device management.
  • Support user onboarding and readiness activities.
  • Produce technical documentation and conduct admin handover/training.
  • Apply governance standards, naming conventions, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant setup and configuration from scratch.
  • In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Solid understanding of identity management, authentication, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience configuring Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
  • Proficient in PowerShell for administration and automation.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Immediately available candidates highly preferred.
