Job description

Job Duties:

  • Develop and manage well-structured documentation, including client‑facing materials, channel communications, training manuals, and other ad hoc documents as required.
  • Monitor and support service setup processes to ensure accurate and timely execution, while assisting with additional service‑related coordination tasks when needed.
  • Coordinate recurring meetings by managing schedules, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling related stakeholder communications; also support one‑off meeting requests.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support throughout project planning and delivery, including timeline tracking, documentation preparation, and compilation of status reports.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with logistics, follow-ups, and a variety of project-related tasks to ensure seamless operational flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or service operations environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with demonstrated capability in preparing compelling presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira or similar tools; strong skills in document preparation and formatting.
  • Foundational knowledge of healthcare systems, terminology, or operational processes is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively and engage stakeholders across different functions.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with strong time management and follow‑up skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
