Marketing - Product Development Officer

Job Duties

  • Support the full product lifecycle, including new fund development, product enhancements, rationalization, and restructuring
  • Coordinate share‑class creation and fund registration processes across APAC
  • Assist in preparing materials and organizing regional product committees (agenda, minutes, supporting documents).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess product potential and support product strategy decisions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Investment teams) to gather information and align on product initiatives
  • Provide reporting, presentations, and analysis for APAC and global management committees
  • Support the Head of Product Development APAC on ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in asset management or financial institutions, preferably in product development.
  • Good understanding of asset management products; knowledge of alternatives or structured solutions is an advantage
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets (e.g., China, Japan) is beneficial
