Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review submissions based on feedback from members
  • Conduct necessary research to support submissions.
  • Organize and participate in meetings for relevant committees, task forces, and working groups.
  • Document meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.
  • Facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Engage with regulators, government bodies, and other parties on issues pertinent to members' interests and concerns.
  • Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, briefings, and social functions organized or co-organized
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Exceptional proficiency in English writing.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
