Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in the insurance industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across life and general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Digital, Compliance) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage external agencies for creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics regularly.
• Support digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and customer segments.
• Hands-on experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
