Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail and offline channels
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors on artwork, production materials and campaigns
  • Handle day-to-day marketing administration
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and internal documentations
  • Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations
  • Manage marketing materials, assets, and campaign toolkits, ensuring brand consistency
  • Support administrative and budget-tracking tasks for the marketing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • 1-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty, FMCG, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Good understanding of brand marketing and consumer touchpoints
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools is advantageous
