Responsibilities

  • Developed and maintained interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor brand performance across key marketing KPIs, including campaign ROI, customer engagement, sell-through, and channel effectiveness (Retail, E‑commerce, CRM, Media).

  • Partnered closely with Marketing, Digital, Retail, and Regional teams to translate business objectives into data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making for seasonal launches, brand activations, and ongoing campaigns.

  • Collaborated with IT and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across dashboards, including KPI definitions, data refresh cycles, and documentation.

  • Delivered actionable insights through storytelling with data, transforming complex datasets into concise narratives and recommendations for marketing strategy, media optimization, and customer targeting.

  • Supported regional and local teams by creating self-service Power BI dashboards, enabling stakeholders to independently explore performance metrics while maintaining centralized analytics standards.

  • Monitored luxury market trends, competitive benchmarks, and consumer dynamics to provide strategic analytical support for brand planning and go-to-market strategies.

  • Ensured compliance with internal data privacy and governance policies when handling customer and commercial data.
