Responsibility

• Carry out daily marketing and branch administrative functions including data capture, filing, record management, general office work and safety initiatives.
• Provide assistance to team members including resource planning, logistics supports to marketing activities, survey implementation, data compilation, sales operation, etc.
• Administer various marketing systems and programs to assure all data are maintained with good accuracy.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties and outdoor activities such as field / site check verification works for different projects or sales works
• Perform general market or news research as necessary for sales & marketing activities
• To provide support services for the operation of particular schemes or events

Requirements

• Form 5 graduates / DSE or above
• Relevant working experience in engineering or sales and marketing functions would be a PLUS
• Experience in sales operation support and management preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written English & Chinese
• Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
• Experience in using EDMS / SAP module would be an advantage.
