Job Summary:


The HR Manager, organizational development will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Project's workforce planning initiatives and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager, Human Resources, the job holder will collaborate closely with project coordinators and various stakeholders to consolidate workforce plans, analyze job descriptions, and provide insights on organizational structure and workforce requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning:

  • Consolidate and validate workforce plans for different BUs, tracking and adapting to evolving project and business assumptions.
  • Collect job descriptions from different segments/business units (BUs) and analyze them based on each BU's operating model to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Develop workforce templates and data collection tools, and analyze the collected data to provide initial insights.

Compensation and Benefits Analysis:

  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for Raceday workforce in line with business assumptions.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR peers and other HR teams to obtain headcount planning and forecasting data, ensuring a holistic view of the department's headcounts.

Project Support:

  • Prepare annual Divisional Planning review decks, focusing on headcount and workforce planning.
  • Assist in drafting meeting materials for HR workforce workstream meetings.
  • Develop staff communication materials related to the HR projects.
  • Draft HR simulation plans for HR projects and business Grand Opening.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR project tasks, such as addressing implications of frequent business traveling on individual income tax.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of solid experience in various HR functions, demonstrating expertise in staff management and data management.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organization, from senior management to junior staff.
  • Knowledge and experience in complex HR projects with intricate business operating models, multiple stakeholders, and matrix structures.
  • Adaptive and quick learner, able to thrive in a changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and document drafting.
