Manager, FX Product

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre FX product management candidate to join their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be driving new initiatives, along with assisting in product development and enhancement to meet business objectives. You will help retain customers, while simultaneously help attract new customers to expand the business. You will be staying up to date on campaign performances and market trends, as well as help analyze customer behaviour to drive business growth. You will also be working closely with other departments, including but not limited to the marketing team and the operation team to help streamline processes.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in product management/development/marketing in the retail banking industry; preference will be given to candidates with experience in FX/investment/digital products
• Strong project management experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
