Manager, Agency Management

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop strategic plans to build and sustain a strong and effective agency team
-Lead training and talent development programs to ensure agents deliver high-quality business results
-Oversee agency operations, including licensing, compliance, and internal control procedures
-Support the execution of sales and growth strategies to achieve annual business targets
-Maintain and improve operational systems for the Agency Distribution Channel
-Take on additional duties as needed to support overall agency development

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
-At least 2 years of experience in agency management within the life insurance sector
-In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including MDRT development, sales strategies, product knowledge, agent compensation, and agency operations
-Proven track record in recruiting and developing high-performing agents
-Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
