M365 Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Optimizing Access: Design and manage access and licensing models for our M365 services.
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for M365-related issues and drive them to resolution.
• Hands-On Administration: Administer Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, ensuring they operate seamlessly.
• Innovation Engagement: Investigate and implement M365 messaging and mobile device management solutions to replace current tools with superior options.
• Collaboration Support: Propel the adoption of services like OneDrive, InTune, and Power Apps across the organization

Job Requirements

• Must-Haves:
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams.
• Proficiency in Azure AD administration and knowledge of conditional access policies.
• Experience in technical project ownership and a collaborative team mindset.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with Azure resources and certifications is a plus.
• Interest in expanding your knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
