Corporate Finance - Assistant Manager (M&A Lead Advisory)

Ambition is working closely with a leading Corporate Finance Practise in London to recruit an analyst for their Corporate Finance division focusing on M&A,. The team works on low-mid market transactions and is sector agnostic. As a firm they are one of the fastest growing accountancy in London and can provide one of the best platforms to allow you to grow and assist your team. Your day to day would involve working on deals from initial pitching all the way to completion alongside the Director specialising in high growth sectors. Additionally it will also involve training members of the teams who are executives.

What makes them stand out is there approach to the market and to develop key relationships with their clients and to continuously provide an excellent service with everyone they meet. By understanding the market they have turned themselves in to sector specialists in multiple areas. This client in particular have a very thoughtful approach to the market in order to service their clients with the best advice possible.

As with any job there is a few requirements to ensure you succeed from the moment you find the right company:

  • Assisting the senior manager/director with a range of transactions
  • Managing process in M&A transactions
  • Developing a good relationship with clients by communicating at all times and understanding clients needs.
  • ACA Qualified (Preferred)
  • M&A experience
  • Work ethic
  • Deal experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
