  • Provide L2 focus application support
  • Resolve application and technical problems
  • Debug the system and fix the production related issues
  • Assist in software testing and installation
  • Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in providing support to financial institutions
  • Hands on experience in supporting equities applications
  • Strong in Unix, Linux, network and Windows, previous work experience in Windows and Linux environment is highly preferred
  • Strong in FIX protocol
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in groups in a diverse environment
