Korean Sales Specialist

Job description


  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in the Korean market.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients, distributors, and retailers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients and key stakeholders.
  6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  8. Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the consumer brand industry, preferably in the Korean market.
  3. Strong understanding of the Korean consumer market, including consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  9. Flexibility to travel within Korea and occasionally internationally for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
