Key Account Manager(Luxury Retail MNC, 45-55k)

Our client is one of the leading luxury retail MNC and they are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team to manage their key channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies, KPIs, and goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and visual merchandising teams to shape the consumer experience and optimize merchandising efforts.
  • Utilize customer data to gain valuable insights into the consumer journey, leveraging specific KPIs to activate key business drivers.
  • Identify emerging market trends, evaluating trade strengths and weaknesses, and seizing business opportunities through innovative action plans.
  • Build strong working relationships with trade partners to ensure brand visibility and competitiveness.
  • Take the lead in negotiating annual agreements with trade partners.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.


  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of work experience in key account management/luxury retail/marketing
  • Excellent communication skill and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sense in luxury retail market trend.
