Key Account Manager (FMCG, Modern Trade)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Key Account Managers in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key FMCC customers
  • Support the creation and implementation of strategic account plans, including setting objectives, tracking progress, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key account performance metrics, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, such as client meetings, order management, and issue resolution, to ensure seamless service deliver
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, organizing customer visits, and maintaining accurate account records
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and drive mutual success


  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its market dynamics
  • Proven experience in key account servicing, preferably in modern trade
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Can work independently in tackling tasks to fufill the delivery as needed
