Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation and coordination.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Maintain and organize documentation and records accurately.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Support general office operations and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in secretarial or administrative roles, with exposure to similar duties.
  • Corporate experience, preferably within an international firm.
  • Familiarity with billing procedures.
  • Recognized secretarial or administrative qualifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
