Junior IT PM

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end project delivery for insurance and digital initiatives, from planning to go‑live
  • Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in managing project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support delivery of digital projects such as customer platforms, portals, CRM systems, and process automation
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRD, UAT support, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues when required

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a project coordination or junior PM role, preferably within insurance or financial services
  • Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation projects is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of project management lifecycle and SDLC (Waterfall / Agile)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Excel is a plus
