Junior BA/ QA, Insurance (AI chatbot), 20k -25k

Job description

Our client is a leading insurance company. They are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support an AI-driven transformation project


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.
  • Document business needs in simple, clear formats (e.g., user stories, process maps).
  • Support workshops and meetings with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, and IT.
  • Help translate insurance business rules into specifications the technical team can use.
  • Assist with data collection and review to support AI model training and validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or QA (internships accepted).
  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry is a plus
  • Interest in AI projects, data-driven solutions, or digital transformation.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
