IT Technical Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics)

Job description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk and deskside end-user IT support and troubleshooting
  • Handle daily technical supports and maintenance according to the company policies and standards i.e. back up, network, workplace management
  • Provide 1st level support for Microsoft applications: ERP, CRM, other apps
  • Escalate to 2nd/3rd level support if issues can not be solved (external vendors)
  • Coordinate with internal key users, internal IT team and external providers to ensure high quality support to the applications
  • Work with third-party vendors to deliver various kind of IT projects
  • Ensure alignment and compliance to the IT strategy, information security, governance and standards
  • Manage IT projects


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • Experience in IT technical support
  • A least 2 years' hands-on experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics365/AX, etc.)
  • Hand on experience on Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
