Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level user support to Hong Kong staff on hardware, software and phone-related issues
  • Process and escalate requests to senior technicians when required
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems according to guidelines and policies
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to resolve requests
  • Update and maintain database on changes in a timely manner
  • Prepare documents and analysis including spreadsheets and statistics
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
