IT Support - Leading Electronic Appliances Firm

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support to APAC region
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems
• Maintain and manage user accounts and access rights
• Ensure software and hardware are up-to-date and secure
• Work with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
• Support document requests and resolutions

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are considered
• 1+ years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
