Job duties

  • Provide 1st level support by phone or deskside for Desktop and Laptop related software and hardware to internal customers
  • Responsible for IT incidents and service requests from internal customers
  • Maintain the call logging system and manage action assignment
  • Identify the potential areas for service improvement, product enhancement and customer training
  • Support the delivery of IT projects in Hong Kong


  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in IT help desk support
  • Certification of Office 365, MCP, MCSE, Citrix or IT related is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, Citrix
  • Good understanding of PC hardware, software, mobile devices, VC equipment and all related peripherals
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
