Digital/ IT Business Analyst (2-6 years)


My client is looking Digital/ IT BA for their new transformation project. Suitable candidates will be BA with Mobile app/ Digital project experience, some IT project background and Cantonese speakers.

*Immediate available BA candidates will be preferred*

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering, prepare functional specifications and support business testing;
  • Execute end-to-end testing including creating test plans, conducting testing and communicating with business users during UAT
  • Manage change requests and track the progress of bug fixing for designated applications with development teams
  • Provide roll-out and post-implementation support

Requirements

  • Preferred project experience within Insurance/ FS
  • Solid digital project experience e.g. mobile app/ web projects
  • Experience with Transformation projects is preferred
  • Problem-solver, comfortable with adapting to environment and being flexible with big team structure
  • Cantonese speaker
