IT Service Manager - Conglomerate - Hong Kong

A top tier conglomerate is looking for a IT Service Manager with team lead experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the key escalation point of IT services to ensure all incidents are managed and resolved in appropriate manners
  • Review IT services on regular basis and drive service improvement plans continuously
  • Manage a team in problem identification, cause investigation and solution recommendation
  • Work closely with various business units to build a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Manage VIP Support and vendor

Hiring requirements5+ years' helpdesk related experience in sizeable firms

  • Solid technical knowledge of: Windows, MacOS support, Office 365
  • Strong exposure to team leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Preferred: ITIL v3 certification, hands on experience with ServiceNow
