IT Security Spcialist

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain data protection technologies, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), by enforcing policies, refining detection rules, and generating insightful reports.
Manage and optimize security tools such as Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) to safeguard cloud-based SaaS platforms.
Organize and conduct regular cybersecurity simulation exercises to strengthen organizational awareness and preparedness.
Perform comprehensive security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effective risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure secure and successful implementation of IT initiatives.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in information security.
Practical experience with Microsoft 365, cloud security solutions, or DLP implementation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation tools for process enhancement is a plus.
Possession of recognized cybersecurity certifications is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
