Job description

We are seeking a TechOps Analyst to support wealth management trading systems, including securities, futures, and stock options platforms. This role provides first-line production support for internet and mobile trading channels, ensuring system stability, fast issue resolution, and smooth market operations.

You will investigate system issues, work closely with vendors and internal development teams, execute system upgrades, support UAT, and perform regular health checks for both local and global markets. The role involves scheduled shifts, including nights and public holidays, as part of a 24-hour operational team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line application production support for trading platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with proper follow-through
  • Collaborate with vendors and development teams to implement solutions
  • Plan and execute internal testing for system upgrades
  • Perform SQL queries / updates for internal enhancement tasks
  • Execute deployments and support UAT processes
  • Manage system upgrade initiatives in line with company change policies
  • Conduct rotation-based health checks to ensure system stability
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
  • SQL experience is required
  • Linux experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Able to support shift duties (including night shifts & public holidays)
