IT Desktop Support (18k-25k)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily 1st and 2nd level desktop support to users
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite and other applications as assigned
  • Manage users' access right & all IT asset inventory, maintain IT-related documentation
  • Perform regular system reviews, work on pro-active performance tuning and resilience improvements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Information Technology areas
  • Knowledge and experience in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill in handling users a must
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Fres alsh graduates areo welcome
