IT Application Support (retail MNC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements from end-users and translate them into system specifications for various applications, including workflow, order processing systems, WMS, EDI, and others.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, such as business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure successful application project implementation, including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage Change Requests lifecycle to enhance application functionality, including producing documentation for change requests and providing training to users on new or modified processes/features.
• Coordinate with Regional IT team and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application incidents.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of complex business processes related to Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in supporting enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with SAP SD/MM module is a plus.
• Experience in supporting system integration is beneficial.
