Investor Relations Director, Private Credit

What You'll Do:

- Establish and lead capital acquisition strategies aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private banking institutions, and institutional investors across the Asia-Pacific region and international markets.
- Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive investor engagement programs, including the preparation of sophisticated marketing collateral, pitchbooks, and timely performance reports.
- Oversee all aspects of investor communications following capital commitments, ensuring continuous and transparent reporting to limited partners.
- Coordinate investor due diligence processes, requests for proposals, and onboarding activities in close collaboration with relevant internal departments.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor roadshows, and strategic meetings to bolster investor relations and enhance corporate profile.
- Monitor and analyse deal pipelines and portfolio performance metrics to provide accurate and insightful updates to investment committees and investors.
- Work in partnership with investment management and risk teams to maintain consistency, transparency, and regulatory compliance in all investor reporting and disclosures.
- Support key strategic initiatives including fund structuring, cross-border distribution strategies, and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; CFA or CAIA designation preferred
- Minimum 6 years' experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital development within private credit, or private equity sectors with sucessful track record in fundrasing
- Deep knowledge of alternative investment products, particularly private credit and structured finance
- Fluency in English and Chinese
