Internal Audit Manager

The Company

Our client is a HK listed company with different business investment. They own 7 fashions brands, operates sports park and clubs. They are looking for an audit manager to plan and execute audit engagement for the group. This role will report to Audit Committee and Group CFO, he/ she will also supervise two subordinates who are based in China office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement annual audit plan, conduct operational audit in accordance with laws and regulations and business development plan
• Conduct audit procedures to access operational and financial risks of the group
• Reviews and improve existing audit plan according to new business direction
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations for best practice
• Developing procedures for fraud and whistle-blowing investigations
• Perform follow up audits on the implementation status of recommendations;
• Work with external audit institutions and legal firms if required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experiences with CPA/CIA or relevant qualification and Big 4 audit experiences will be a plus
• IA experience of Retail/FMCG in sizable MNCs or HK listed companies is an advantage;
• Independent, proactive, well organized, good presentation and communication skills;
• 30 - 50% travel frequency
