Internal Audit Manage

The Company

Our client is a large conglomerate with diversified business profiles of construction, property development, hospitality, engineering, transportation service, retail or food and beverage based in Asia. They have around 470,000 employees in the group. They are looking for an Internal Audit Manager for their group audit and risk management. This role is responsible to evaluate internal controls process, identify control risks across different business units.

Responsibilities:

• Address the key risk area of the group and improve the control environment by working closely with the key business stakeholders
• Perform internal audits under portfolio leaders' supervision according to appropriate standards
• Provide effective assurance of internal controls for individual business units
• Ensure audit quality, prepare well-written audit reports, and communicate audit results
• Review and follow up on audit plan to ensure appropriate corrective actions has been taken
• Assist to prepare management and audit committee reporting, involve compliance and risk management
• Assist in group audit teams continue development and improvement, help coaching new teammates

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines with CPA/CIA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, preferable experience with big 4 accounting firm or internal audit experience in conglomerate
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to travel or work remotely for audit engagement
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
