Job Description: Insurance Digital Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Analyst to join a fast‑paced insurance transformation team. This role will focus on agent training initiatives, agency operations projects, and enterprise insurance systems, working closely with frontline agents, business stakeholders, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital projects, including process improvements and system enhancements
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, and project teams, managing relationships and expectations in a demanding environment
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance-related projects
  • Manage or support end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and business users to ensure successful implementation and rollout
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, compliance, and operational needs

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as an Insurance Business Analyst
  • Insurance industry background is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in insurance product-related initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills - attitude and professionalism are critical
  • Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and/or business analysis practices
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Cantonese and English required; Mandarin is a plus
