Insurance Digital Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for insurance and AI-related projects.
  • Drive end-to-end SDLC activities: documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with agents and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption and training.
  • Support AI chatbot and customer app development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workshops, UAT, and stakeholder communication for successful delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to digital strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-8 years as Business Analyst (insurance domain preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, and user story delivery.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, POS systems, and agent workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
