Installation and Service Coordinator | MNC

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange installation tasks and maintain service schedules.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Collaborate with the installation lead to address any installation issues and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist customers in choosing and purchasing the correct service parts for Life Fitness products.
  • Generate work orders, update customers on their status, and follow up with service technicians regarding the arrival of parts.
  • Restock service parts and update inventory records upon receiving new shipments.
  • Set up appointments, dispatch service technicians, and coordinate installers for assembly tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Handle incoming service support calls and manage responses.

Requiremnets:

  • At least 5 years of experience in support operations for field service.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Quick and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Zendesk email ticketing.
  • Some technical experience is advantageous.
