Human Resources Officer (Renewable Contract/Up to 35k)

Job description

  • 4-5+ years of experience in all round HR functions
  • Flexi working hours/ WFH allowed
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred


  • Responsible for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system
  • Monitor Operation workflows, ensure all procedures comply with company policy
  • Coordinate employee onboarding induction and offboarding meeting sessions and its processes.
  • Prepare HR reports on regular basis for management review
  • Assist in ad hoc projects


  • Degree Holder in human resources or related field
  • Min 4 years or above solid HR generalist experience in sizable organization is preferred;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
  • Hands-on experience in Workday would be an advantage
  • Responsible, detail-minded, able to work independently and multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available preferred
