Job description

Our client is a European multinational with Hong Kong as their APAC headquarters. They are currently seeking for a HRBP to oversee several of their businesses.

Reporting to the HR VP as well as Business Leader, this is an individual contributor role where you will have oversight for circa 200 staff, covering mainly Customer Service and Technology. Sharing same objectives as operations, and driving financial and business targets, you will provide a wide spectrum of HR duties and advisory. You will drive the talent management strategy, resourcing for best talents; partnering with C&B and Rewards team, ensuring remuneration plans and incentives are relevant and up to date . In addition, you will support employment branding initiatives as well as ad hoc projects.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experiences gained in multinationals
  • Detail oriented and can work independently as well as in teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
