HR Specialist (HRIS, up to 37k)

• HRIS projects + C&B related
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Immediately available is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the core member to implement the HR Transformation Project
• Identify risks, communicate/ escalate, track and resolve project/ system issues
• Communicate, collaborate and share information with Workday Project teams in order to improve the quality of the Supporting services.
• Data analysis and regular reporting.
• Provide training to system users and resolve problem from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources or other related disciplines
• minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proven success in previous HR System implementation projects
• Experience with HR system implementation (Workday / SAP) is a must
• Detail-oriented with high degree of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
