HR Officer, Payroll focus

Job description

Job Tasks:

  • Perform end to end payroll processing for HK and Macau regular and new hire payroll
  • Prepare leaver papers including final payment calculations, and other exit documents
  • Support MPF/ORSO reporting, medical scheme administration, tax reporting
  • Provide administration support in year-end processes, such as salary review and bonus payment process

Job requirement:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll management from sizable companies or service providers
  • Strong system knowledge with experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge Hong Kong & Macau employment laws and industrial relations
