HR Officer - International Law Firm/ up to 35k

Job description

  • All rounded human resources functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration functions
  • Provide HR support to the Manager on recruitment, payroll, performance review, employee relations and compensation & benefits
  • Provide payroll functions including monthly payroll, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
  • Responsible for visa applications and extensions
  • Organize company activities and coordinate ad-hoc projects as required


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in law firm or professional services environment
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and MPF Ordinance
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-minded team player
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, and Cantonese. Knowledge in Putonghua is a plus
  • Strong in MS Excel and good in reporting skills
