Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations.
  • Administer leave management and HRIS records.
  • Facilitate recruitment and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure legal and statutory HR compliance.
  • Coordinate training programs and update records.
  • Maintain HR communications on the intranet.
  • Compile reports and analyze HR data.
  • Address employee queries and provide support.
  • Assist the HR Manager with projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Journalism, English Literature, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in large corporations or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and organized.
