HR officer (6 months contract, up to HK$33k)

Client Details

Our client is an leading international law firm with 70+ offices over the globe, they provide legal services to a wide range of industry. They are currently looking for a maternity cover 6 months contract HR role.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for onboarding, offboarding and interview logistics
  • Assist in administrative duties for the HRIS team and support in various transactions
  • Maintain HR database and process procedures in relation to joiners, leavers, transfers, secondment etc.
  • Assist in staff relocations, secondments and employment visa processes
  • Assist in handling issues and reporting related to The Law Society of Hong Kong for fee earners and supporting staff
  • Prepare regular reports for the Law Society and other professional bodies
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the HK HR team


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in relevant industry
  • Prior working experiences in law firm is highly preferred
  • Familiar with Peoplesoft system and has a basic understanding in immigration law and HRIS
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
