HR Manager | Large-scale HR project
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Update HR project tasks and dashboards.
- Coordinate and execute projects, tracking progress and issues.
- Oversee recruitment planning and execution.
- Validate job descriptions and organizational structures.
- Support onboarding programs for project resources.
- Assist with organizational design and change management.
- Consolidate workforce plans and track changes.
- Participate in headcount planning and forecasting.
- Provide data analysis and reporting.
- Design workforce planning and communication tools.
- Input rostering information for system design.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits models.
- Prepare meeting materials and communication plans.
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree with at least 8 years of HR experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience in complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Quick learner, adaptable to change.
- Excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for analytical work and document drafting.
